All one-on-one services will be provided via virtual delivery.
IN-DEPTH DISCOVERY SESSION
The first session is designed to accurately identify your short-term and long-term goals, nutrient needs, and factors that will support your success. At least 90 minutes is needed for this session and some clients end up needing a full two hours.
MEAL PLANNING
Meal planning is offered as an additional tool to support your goals. Customized daily, weekly, and monthly meal plans are available for all clients. Meal planning is often desired to help kick-start your journey, as well as to support continued success with nutrient-dense foods to help you thrive.
NUTRITION COACHING & ONGOING SUPPORT
In general, I recommend a minimum of six sessions over a six-month period to see the best results. The ultimate goal of our work is that you flow: your nutrition and physical activity supports the life that you want to live and decreases your stress, and that you are able to put your health and wellness first no matter what challenges life throws at you.
I offer ongoing check-in sessions via phone, videoconference, and/or text.
GROUP SESSIONS & SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS
I work with small groups to support overall, balanced approaches to health and wellness. I am available for guest lectures and speaking engagements on a variety of health and nutrition topics, including
